Dr. Kasparis graduated with his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York in 1988. He tought at The City College of New York from 1982 to 1988 and has been teaching at the University of Central Florida from 1989 to today. His interests reside in the following academic areas of research: Digital signal processing, image processing, audio processing, adaptive median filtering, electronics. In the past he has worked as a Senior Design Engineer and now currently works as both a consultant and associate professor.
