Our research work on exploring the use of Fuzzy Adaptive Resonance Theory for the use of relatively fast color quantization has been accepted for publication at the S+SSPR conference which takes place during December 4 - 6 at UCF. Of the 173 papers submitted to the conference, only 97 were accepted (~56% acceptance rate). You can find both the complete manuscript and the algorithm executable used to produce the published experimental results in the Published Works section of this website.
